Crossroads FC
ABOUT US
Crossroads FC was founded in 2009 by individuals that wanted to have a Christian Soccer program within our community. We want to build a vibrant football club that is based on Christian values. We want to serve as many youths as possible who want to play in a more competitive soccer program by providing quality training, a positive environment and lower comparative fees.

MISSION STATEMENT
To give youths in the area an opportunity to expand their soccer knowledge and skills through a competitive soccer program that promotes the game of soccer in a fun, safe and positive environment.

PHILOSOPHY
We are committed in making soccer a safe and rewarding experience for everyone involved including the players, parents, and coaches. We are committed to providing every player the opportunity to learn the fundamentals, work on advancing their skills and help develop each player’s strength.

With this training and continuing development we hope to ensure players will have a passion for the game and hope to build character, respect, teamwork, self-confidence, and relationships that can contribute to current and future experiences in the game of soccer.

MOTTO
Phil 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

ACADEMY SOCCER (U7-U10)
The Crossroads FC Academy will provide players the opportunity to play soccer in a structured learning environment. While working in conjunction with recreational soccer. Our main emphasis with our younger players is on the development of individual skills, which serve as the fundamentals of the game. Our trainers strive to ensure that each player first develops the technical ball skills followed by development of tactical abilities. The program's emphasis is on the development of the player first and performance of the team second rather than wins and losses. It is our experience that focusing on wins at the younger ages does not translate into success at the older ages unless players learn and understand more of the game through age-appropriate training sessions that focus on player development.
